Added email notification digest system and notification preferences.

New Features:

• Email notification digest system that bundles notifications into hourly emails
• Notification preferences in settings to enable/disable email notifications
• Users receive one consolidated email per hour instead of individual emails for each notification
• Notifications are automatically grouped by user and sent as a digest

Improvements:

• Removed SMS and push notification options from settings (email notifications only)
• Email notification preference is now functional and saved to user profile
• Notification digest emails include all notifications from the past hour
• Users can opt-in or opt-out of email notification digests from settings

Technical:

• New command for sending notification digests (runs via cronjob)
• Email notifications are only sent to users who have enabled them in settings
• Notifications are tracked to prevent duplicate emails
