Implements a chat feature into the software.

Changes

• Start 1:1 conversations from a user search modal
• Real-time messaging powered by Mercure (messages, deletions, read receipts)
• Typing indicator in-chat ("{username} is typing…") plus a sidebar "Typing…" preview
• Unread message badges per chat and a global unread badge on the main sidebar
• Infinite scroll for older messages and the ability to delete your own messages
