A new support system has been developed and implemented successfully. You can now have a conversation within the ticket, attach images, update your ticket, and much more.
Thank you to @Uncle_M for suggesting this.

Als ob die Anzahl der Tickets nicht schon genug Spam ist willst du jetzt auch noch, dass man dich pro Ticket zu spamen kann
