Being higher in a corporate ladder doesnt mean you are more worth as a human, it will never not baffle me how people mistake fear of their jobs or verbal outlashes for respect, respect is earned other than their high position in the corporeate ladder. The idea that a higher position means losing your sense of humaity, is something I will never understand.
