The new sidebar kinda sucks. Why is the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service so important I need to see it 24/7, nobody is gonna read that anyways, sorrry man

Imagine you want to make your users read tos so badly you forcefully make it visible at all times.
Why not just hide horrible anti consumer things in them and just make them accept it once like other platforms/disney?
